Locus1 says in their short story index that Mink Mole is a pseudonym for Timothy MacNamara, and also says in their book index that "Mink Mole is probably a pseudonym for Tim Powers". The current wisdom is that "Mink Mole" is a variation of "Ferret", a well-known pseudonym for MacNamara, and hence that MacNamara is more likely. Note also that the MacNamara novel Alligator Alley has a cover by "Ferret" and "features performances by Dr. Adder, Mink Mole, Ferret and Don Coyote." Dr. Adder and Ferret are both known pseudonyms for MacNamara, lending credence to the claim that Mink Mole is as well.
